Here is the newly revised Membership Application -  as at June 2026. To print the form, click on the Pop Out arrow on the top right of the form which will take you to another page which should show you the printer icon, so just press that, and there you go! If you battle, please send Christine an email (u3afalsebaymembers@gmail.com) and she will send you a form via email.
